LaserShip and OnTrac merged into a single last-mile carrier, so if your order still says “LaserShip,” you should check the tracking number through OnTrac. Everything about the delivery — the scans, the delivery date, and support — now lives on OnTrac, even though older emails, retailer pages, and saved orders may still show the LaserShip name.

LaserShip Tracking Is Now Connected to OnTrac

If your order still says LaserShip, check the tracking number through OnTrac. Many retailers, older emails, and saved order pages continue to use the LaserShip name even though current tracking and support now point to OnTrac. How to Track a LaserShip Package

1. Copy the tracking number from your store order page or shipping email. LaserShip numbers often start with 1LS or LX; OnTrac-format numbers usually start with C or D.
2. Enter it above, or open the official OnTrac tracking page.
3. Paste the LaserShip or OnTrac tracking number.
4. Check the latest scan, estimated delivery date, or any delivery exception.

What Happened to LaserShip

LaserShip was a last-mile delivery company that served much of the eastern United States and handled a lot of e-commerce orders. After it combined with OnTrac — which covered the western states — the two networks merged under the single OnTrac name to offer nationwide last-mile delivery. In practice, that means “LaserShip” is now really OnTrac, so any current tracking, delivery updates, and customer support run through OnTrac.

Why LaserShip Tracking May Not Update

Short gaps are normal for last-mile delivery. Tracking may pause when the retailer hasn’t physically handed over the parcel yet, the parcel is waiting for a route scan, or the status hasn’t synced from OnTrac. LaserShip / OnTrac Says Delivered But No Package Arrived

Last-mile carriers sometimes mark a parcel delivered slightly early or leave it somewhere unexpected, so a “delivered” scan with nothing in hand is worth a quick check first:

• Check safe places, the porch, side door, mailbox area, front desk, and with neighbours.
• Look for a proof of delivery photo or note in the tracking.
• Wait a few hours — the scan sometimes lands just before the drop-off.
• Contact the store for a refund, replacement, or investigation.
