About Us
About Package Tracking
Package Tracking (packagetrack.app) is an independent parcel-tracking help resource. We help shoppers and small businesses understand where their packages are, what confusing tracking statuses actually mean, and exactly what to do when a delivery goes wrong — across USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, and dozens of regional and cross-border carriers.
What we do
We are not a carrier and we do not ship packages. Instead, we give you two things:
- A carrier resolver. Enter a tracking number and we identify the likely carrier from its format and send you straight to that carrier’s official tracking page. We never store your tracking number.
- Plain-English help guides. Clear, practical answers to real delivery problems — “tracking not updating,” “delivered but not received,” “stuck in customs,” parcel-scam warnings, and more — for each major carrier and retailer.
Why you can trust our information
Delivery problems are stressful, and there is a lot of inaccurate advice online. We hold our content to a simple standard: useful, accurate, and written for the person actually staring at a stuck tracking page.
- Carrier-specific, not generic. Each guide reflects how that specific carrier actually operates — its timelines, scan behaviour, claim process, and contact routes.
- Sourced from official carrier policies. Where we describe a carrier’s process, we base it on the carrier’s own published information and link to it.
- Kept current. Carriers change their processes and URLs; we review and update our guides so the steps still work.
- No false promises. We tell you when a package is likely fine, when to wait, and when to escalate — rather than pretending every delay is a lost parcel.
Who writes our content
Our guides are researched and maintained by the Package Tracking editorial team — writers who follow parcel-delivery operations across the US and UK and test the tracking flows we describe. [Add a named editor and a one-line bio here for the strongest trust signal, e.g. “Edited by [Name], who has [X] years covering logistics and e-commerce fulfilment.”]
Our independence
Package Tracking is reader-supported and may display advertising. Advertising never influences the guidance in our content — which carrier we recommend contacting, or what steps we tell you to take, is based only on what actually helps resolve your delivery issue. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any carrier or retailer named on this site; all carrier names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
